Overview
This project focused on designing a B2B dashboard for universities using Anue’s premium subscription. The dashboard provides institutions with access to user-generated data from the platform, enabling them to analyze course demand, identify students interested in specific programs, and retarget potential applicants through direct communication. The goal was to transform platform insights into clear, actionable information that supports universities in their recruitment strategies.

Understanding the Problem
University marketing teams need to identify and reach prospective students who show interest in their courses, but they lack direct access to structured data about user behavior on the platform. Without clear insights into demand and student interest, it becomes difficult to target potential applicants effectively or adjust their course promotion strategies.
Objectives
Anue is a platform designed to help prospective students find the right course in the, institution and the right city for their studies. In this project, I worked as Head of Product, aligning business goals with product development. I led a complete redesign of the platform experience, introducing a new navigation system and a refreshed UI to improve clarity, usability, and overall engagement.
